Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of secondary school principals in the Kasbah of Irbid to intellectual openness and its relationship to their level of administrative creativity from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (403) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of commitment of secondary school principals in the Kasbah of Irbid to intellectual openness was great, and the level of administrative creativity was great. And there is a statistically significant correlation between the degree of intellectual openness and administrative creativity of secondary school principals in Kasbah Irbid. Considering the results of the study, the researchers recommend that school principals hold meetings for teachers and students to confront shady ideas, and not be fascinated by the culture of others.
