Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of professional development among public school teachers in Jerash from their perspective. A descriptive survey method was employed, and a questionnaire was developed by the researchers to measure the professional development levels among teachers. The study sample consisted of 356 teachers, who were selected using a simple random sampling method. The results indicated that the level of professional development among teachers was high. Additionally, the findings showed the absence of statistically significant differences in this level based on the study variables (gender, educational stage, and years of experience).
