Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of awareness among teachers regarding the principles of Islamic management held by public secondary school principals in the Qasaba Irbid Education Directorate. The Directorate of Education in Irbid Qasaba, which has a total of 2,818 teachers, was the population. The study sample consisted of 256 male and female teachers selected through simple random sampling. The results indicated a medium level of awareness. Additionally, there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the teachers' perceptions of the principals' awareness of the principles of Islamic management due to variables such as gender, educational qualification, or experience.
