Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of lean production—specifically, comprehensive maintenance, total quality management, and integrated relationships with suppliers—on organizational performance using the balanced scorecard dimensions (Customer Satisfaction, Internal Operations, and Financial Performance) in Philadelphia Solar Company. Additionally, the study explores the moderating role of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. A quantitative descriptive analytical approach was employed to achieve the study's objectives. The study population consisted of 100 employees of Philadelphia Solar Company. All employees were thoroughly surveyed, and data were collected from all members of the community. The questionnaire was used as the primary means of data collection. Based on the results of the statistical analysis conducted using SPSS, it was found that there is a statistically significant impact of lean production (including comprehensive maintenance, total quality management, and integrated relationships with suppliers) on organizational performance across the dimensions of the balanced scorecard (Customer Satisfaction, Internal Operations, and Financial Performance) at the level of (α ≤ 0.05). Additionally, there is a statistically significant moderating effect of the ERP system on the relationship between supply chain integration and organizational performance at the same significance level. The study recommends that Philadelphia Solar Company continue to implement all dimensions of lean production and consider adopting new dimensions such as learning and growth to promote overall company development. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of management focusing on the transfer and sharing of information across all managerial levels through the ERP system.
