Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of practice of school principals in the Central Area within the Green Line for Creative Management, from the perspectives of teachers and educational guides. Additionally, the study aims to explore the effect of variables (gender, educational qualification, school type, and job title) on the estimates of the study sample members regarding that degree. The researchers employed a descriptive survey methodology. The study sample consisted of 350 teachers and educational guides, selected through stratified random sampling from a population of 3,603 teachers and educational guides. A questionnaire was used to collect the data necessary to achieve the study’s objectives. The results indicated that the sample members’ perceptions of the principals’ practice of Creative Management were moderate. Furthermore, the study found no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the practice degree of school principals for Creative Management, attributable to the variables examined.
