Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of application of educational leadership by public school principals in Ajloun Governorate in light of Hallinger's standards from the teachers' perspective. The sample of the study consisted of 278 male and female teachers from public schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education in Ajloun Governorate. They were selected using simple random sampling. The study employed a descriptive survey method. The results indicated that the degree of application of educational leadership by public school principals in Ajloun Governorate, according to Hallinger's criteria from the teachers' perspective, was of a moderate level. Additionally, the study found no statistically significant differences in the degree of application based on gender. Based on these findings, the study presented a set of recommendations, most notably the need to organize important courses and workshops to emphasize the importance of leadership within school administrative science.
