Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of creative leadership and its relationship to the development of administrative flexibility among secondary school principals in Ajloun Governorate from the perspectives of teachers and principals. A relational descriptive approach was employed. A questionnaire was used to collect data to achieve the study's objectives. The study sample consisted of 51 male and female principals, and 335 male and female teachers working in secondary schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education in Ajloun Governorate. The results indicated that the sample's estimates for the degree of practicing creative leadership were high, and the degree of practicing administrative flexibility was also high. The study revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between the level of creative leadership and the level of administrative flexibility among secondary school principals in Ajloun Governorate. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations was proposed, the most important of which are: encouraging secondary school principals to continue practicing both creative leadership and administrative flexibility in their school management.
