Abstract
This study aimed to determine the degree of organizational laxity among elementary school principals in the south within the Green Line and its relationship to teachers' morale levels. The descriptive correlational approach was used; the sample of the study consisted of 420 male and female teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire that included two sections: the first measured the degree of principals’ organizational laxity, and the second assessed teachers' morale levels. The findings indicated that, from the teachers’ perspective, the degree of organizational laxity among elementary school principals in the south within the Green Line was moderate, and teachers' morale levels were also moderate. Additionally, there was a significant negative correlation between the degree of organizational laxity among elementary school principals and teachers' morale levels. Based on the results, the researchers recommended several actions, most notably: the need to conduct training courses for school principals to reduce their organizational laxity and to focus on efforts to improve teachers' morale.
