Abstract

This study is intended to show the degree of appreciation among Al-QudsOpen University graduates in the Directorate of Jericho and the Jordan Valleyto the services provided by the university. This study answers the followingmain question:“What is the degree of appreciation among Al-Quds Open Universitygraduates in the Directorate of Jericho and the Jordan Valley to the academic,administrative and psychological services provided by the university in theDirectorate of Jericho and the Jordan Valley? “The study population consisted of all Al-Quds Open University graduatesin the Directorate of Jericho and the Jordan Valley in the academic years2004/2005 and 2005/2006 (123 graduates) from different specializations andacademic programs.To achieve the goals of the study, the two researchers used a questionnaireconsisting of 51 articles distributed over three fields after making sure ofits validity by arbitration and stability by using Cronbach Alpha Equation,where its overall stability reached (0.92)The two researchers used the following statistical analyses: the arithmeticaverages, the standard deviations, and the percentages for each article andthe overall degree for each field to answer the study questions. This study hasthe following results:1. All service fields altogether got a very high degree of agreement at arate of 85%.2. The field of psychological services came top at an overall rate of 91%.3. The field of administrative services came second at a rate of 83%.4. The field of academic services came third and last at a rate of 81%.5. The study concluded many recommendations, the most important ofwhich are:♦♦ To ensure that the university administration and employees toimprove the quality and quality control continuously.♦♦ Academics urged the supervisors to raise the degree of theircooperation and communication with the students to achieve theirneeds and satisfaction.♦♦ To raise the level of university degrees to accept constructivecriticism from the public students
