Abstract
A report issued by the International Telecommunication Union revealedthat the volume of Arabic content on the Internet does not exceed 3%,and according to the CEO of Secure Services for the software industry thevolume of Arabic content on the Internet cannot be compared in any waywith the content in English or other international languages. Therefore, itis important to build this system to contribute to the enrichment of Arabiccontent on the Internet by providing user of a platform to work easily andfor the use, development, deployment and management of e- content on theInternet depending on the metadata information stored within the base wherethe system reads this information from the database to find out the namesof tables and fields, relationships between them and generate a page groupwhich is ready to deal with i. e. (add- edit- delete- the movement) . This alsoallows the system to add software modules to generate encoding problemswith large, clear ways and to generate Web pages current dynamic wherewe show the compatibility for the various versions of content managementsystems. The components and code units and templates is a free addition to thecomplexity for sites Mini as well as the difficulty of creating sites on demandin addition to the consumption of a lot of server resources and exposure to thefact that many of the infiltrators mostly from open sources.
