Abstract
Conflict resolution techniques have a significant impact on employee performance in both the public and commercial sectors. The aim of the research was to examine the impact of conflict collaboration techniques on the performance of employees in Tanzania's public sectors. Using a case study research approach, the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA)-Singida tax region was randomly selected as the study's sample size, consisting of 28 respondents. Convenience and deliberate sampling techniques were applied in the selection of respondents. Questionnaires, interviews, and document reviews were the methods used to collect data. Qualitative data were studied by content analysis, whereas quantitative data were manually reviewed in Microsoft Excel and then presented in tables. The study's findings show that, in the TRA Singida tax region, which is typical of other Tanzanian public sectors, there is a significant positive link between workers' performance and the conflict-collaborative technique. The approach has a direct impact on employees' performance as well. Because they are directly related to workers' performance at TRA Singida Tax Region, the research study recommended that managers always utilize conflict-collaborating techniques. Managers should also refrain from adopting avoidance strategies until absolutely essential.
