Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the graduate programs at Yarmouk University from students' perspectives and to investigate the effects of gender, faculty of study, and program level on their evaluations. The sample of the study included 411 graduate students. The results were based on a questionnaire divided into four domains, where participants were asked to choose the answer that best reflected their opinions regarding the programs at Yarmouk University. The study found that the students' evaluations of the programs were moderate, with a mean of 3.28 and a standard deviation of 0.67. Additionally, there were no significant differences in evaluations based on gender, faculty of study, or program level. One of the key recommendations for improving graduate programs includes enhancing the content and goals of these programs, revising syllabi, refining teaching methods, and upgrading services and research facilities.
