Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of teachers of secondary and basic public schools in the Wadi Al-Seer District to the ethics of the profession from the point of view of their directors, and the study relied on the descriptive survey approach. (222) directors and managers, and the study sample consisted of (202) directors and managers, and the results of the study showed that the degree of teachers ’commitment to the ethics of the profession from the point of view of their managers came to a (high) degree. The results revealed that there are significant differences in the degree of teachers ’commitment to the ethics of the profession due to the variable (sex) and came in favor of (females), and the presence of significant differences in the variable (scientific level), and it came in favor of (higher diploma), and researchers recommend that the Ministry of Education pay attention to And education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan by strengthening the professional ethics of teachers by emphasizing them as part of their evaluation and promotion.
