Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of intellectual openness of the directors of public and private schools in the Bani Ubaid District in the light of the Islamic school from the teachers' point of view. One male and female teacher, and the study sample consisted of (315) male and female teachers who were chosen by the random, stratified method, and the results of the study showed that the degree of intellectual openness among school principals in the Bani Ubaid District in light of the Islamic school came to a high degree The results revealed the existence of statistically significant differences in the degree of intellectual openness attributed to the variable (gender) and came in favor of (females), and the presence of statistically significant differences in the variable (educational stage), and came in favor of (secondary stage), and the results also showed no significant differences Statistics attributed to the variable (type of school), the two researchers recommend the necessity for school principals to form dialogue committees with students to develop scientific and intellectual dialogue between them in correct and sound ways based on acceptance of opinion and opinion and for another.
