Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of training programs for administrative personnel at Yarmouk University in Jordan from the administrative staff's perspective. The study employed a descriptive survey approach and used a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The study population comprised all 1,671 administrative staff members at Yarmouk University. The sample included 350 male and female employees. The results indicated that the effectiveness of the administrative personnel training programs at Yarmouk University was rated as medium. The findings also revealed statistically significant differences in program effectiveness based on the variable of gender, favoring males. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences related to years of experience, with the differences favoring those with 5 to less than 10 years of experience. Conversely, the study found no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of training programs concerning the academic degree variable. Based on these findings, the researchers recommend that Yarmouk University form a field team to assess the administrative staff's most critical training needs.
