Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of secondary school teachers in the Bani Ubaid District to the principles of teamwork from their point of view, and the study adopted the descriptive survey approach, and the two researchers prepared a questionnaire for the principles of group work for secondary school teachers, where the study population consisted of (433) teachers, and a sample was formed. The study consisted of (180) male and female teachers, and the results of the study showed that the degree of commitment of secondary school teachers in the Bani Ubaid District to the principles of teamwork came to a high degree. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the principles of teamwork due to variables (gender, experience, and specialization). The researchers recommend that the burden of teamwork be distributed among all secondary school teachers in the Bani Ubaid District in a fair and equitable manner.
