Abstract
This study aimed to identify obstacles to using electronic administration in evaluating the performance of teachers in private schools in the Marka District and the proposed solutions to overcome them from the perspective of the school principals. The total number of principals was 328, and the study sample consisted of 222 principals. The study reached several results, the most important of which was the presence of a high level of obstacles to the use of electronic administration in evaluating teachers' performance. It also found differences in the assessments of private school principals in the Marka District regarding the obstacles they face when using electronic administration for teacher evaluations due to the variables of scientific qualification and practical experience. However, there were no differences in their assessments of the obstacles to using electronic administration in evaluating teachers based on the gender variable. Additionally, the study identified key solutions and proposals to help overcome the obstacles to using electronic administration in evaluating teacher performance. These solutions included the development of policies for training and qualifying school principals in the field of electronic administration and the establishment of an infrastructure that facilitates the process of evaluating teacher performance electronically.
