Abstract
This study aimed to assess the quality of work life among public school teachers in Jerash Governorate from the teachers' own perspectives and to determine the impact of variables such as gender, educational stage, and years of experience on their evaluations of their work life's quality. The study sample consisted of 384 teachers. A descriptive survey methodology was used, and a questionnaire consisting of 30 items, distributed across six domains, was administered. The results indicated that the quality of work life among teachers was high across all study domains and overall. The findings also revealed no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in teachers' assessments of their quality of work life based on the variables of gender, educational stage, and years of experience.
