Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of teachers' morale in Irbid Governorate’s schools from their perspectives. The study utilized a descriptive survey method and employed a questionnaire for data collection, which included 22 items related to teachers' morale. The sample consisted of 418 teachers selected using a stratified random sampling method. The results indicated that the degree of teachers' morale in Irbid Governorate's schools was at a medium level. Additionally, there were no significant differences in the responses of the sample members based on gender, educational stage, and years of experience across all areas.
