Abstract
The purpose of this study was to assess the degree of awareness among school principals and development teams regarding the procedures for creating the developmental and procedural plan for schools within the Directorate of Education in Deir Alla, located in the Balqa Governorate. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive survey method was employed, and a questionnaire consisting of 20 items was developed. The study's results indicated that the degree of awareness among school principals and development teams regarding these procedures was moderate. Furthermore, the findings showed no significant differences in the degree of awareness regarding the procedures for building a developmental and procedural plan based on gender, educational qualification, or experience. The study recommended the necessity of guiding school principals and development teams to identify resource requirements and allocate available resources to address priority needs that focus on enhancing students’ academic achievement.
