Abstract
This study aimed to identify the relationship between the level of motor satisfaction and quality of life among elderly women who engage in physical activities. The study sample consisted of 25 women practicing physical activities at Al-Hussein Sports City, with an average age of 63.1 years. A descriptive approach was used, with the Motor Satisfaction Scale (Allawi, 1998) and the Quality of Life (QOL) Scale (WHOQOL-BREF) developed by the World Health Organization (1998). The results indicated a positive statistically significant relationship at the alpha level of α ≤ 0.05 between motor satisfaction and the dimensions of quality of life for elderly women who practice physical activities. The researcher recommended promoting and encouraging elderly women to participate in various physical activities to maintain an appropriate level of physical, psychological, social, and environmental quality of life through satellite channels and various social media platforms.
