Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of a culture of administrative creativity among Arab school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to the job performance of teachers from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of 484 teachers and principals, including 364 male and female teachers and 120 male and female principals, who were chosen using a convenient random sampling method. The study also revealed that the level of job performance among teachers in Arabic-speaking schools within the Green Line was significant. Furthermore, there was a positive, statistically significant correlation at the α = 0.05 significance level between the degree of availability of a culture of administrative creativity among Arab school principals within the Green Line and the job performance of teachers from the teachers’ perspective. Based on these findings, the study recommends the need for continuous administrative development for educational leaders in the constantly evolving environment by holding courses and workshops that consistently encourage the practice of creativity.
