Abstract
The aim of this study was to identify the degree of servant leadership among public school principals in Jerash Governorate from the teachers' perspective, and to determine the impact of variables such as gender, academic qualification, and years of experience on that degree. The study sample consisted of 421 teachers, selected using a simple random sampling method. A descriptive survey approach was used. To accomplish the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed, consisting of 34 items divided into four fields. The results revealed that the degree of servant leadership among public school principals in Jerash Governorate from the teachers' perspective was high. Furthermore, the results indicated that there were no significant statistical differences at the α = 0.05 level in teachers' assessments of the degree of servant leadership practiced by their principals due to variables such as gender, academic qualification, and years of experience.
