Abstract
This study aimed to clarify the problems faced by the Sharia Supervisory Board and the impact of these problems on the legitimacy of the association’s financial and administrative actions. The researcher then presents solutions that may help overcome the challenges faced by Sharia supervision.
The study concluded that charities often neglect Sharia supervision under the pretext of recurring activities. However, the research demonstrated the vital role that effective Sharia supervision plays in achieving success and expansion for charitable organizations. The researcher concluded the study by suggesting a model for improving Sharia supervision in charities.
