Abstract
This study aimed to identify the extent to which school principals in Ajloun Governorate apply administrative transparency as perceived by teachers and educational supervisors. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of 445 male and female teachers and 30 male and female educational supervisors in Ajloun Governorate schools. The study tool was a questionnaire consisting of 21 items. The results of the study found that the extent to which school principals apply administrative transparency, as perceived by teachers and educational supervisors, was generally high, with an average of 3.83. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of applying administrative transparency by school principals, as seen by teachers and educational supervisors, due to the gender variable in all fields, favoring females, and the academic qualification variable, favoring the bachelor's degree group. Additionally, the results showed no differences due to the variable of years of experience and the job title variable
