Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of implementing the developmental plan in improving educational outcomes from school principals’ perceptions. The study sample consisted of 175 school principals. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire was utilized, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results revealed that the degree of implementing the developmental plan in improving educational outcomes, as perceived by school principals, was moderate. There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of implementing the developmental plan based on experience, favoring those with more than 15 years of experience. However, no statistically significant differences were found due to gender and qualification. Based on the results, the study recommends that the Ministry of Education hold specialized courses addressing the developmental plan and present it to school principals to implement in their administrative practices, as it plays an important role in improving the education process.
