Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the dimensions of strategic renewal and its relationship to achieving institutional leadership in private universities in the Capital Amman Governorate from the perspective of faculty members. Using a correlative descriptive approach, data were collected by administering a questionnaire to a sample of 280 faculty members randomly selected from four private universities in the capital, Amman, which were chosen through purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of strategic renewal in these private universities was high, and the degree of achieving institutional leadership was also high. Additionally, the study revealed a statistically significant correlation between the degree of application of strategic renewal and the degree of institutional leadership. The study recommended continuing to hold training courses and workshops related to strategic renewal because of their importance in achieving institutional leadership in universities and conducting similar studies in public universities to compare their results with the current study.
