Abstract

The study aimed to propose an educational guide for the principals of public schools to enhance electronic culture among students in public schools in the capital, Amman. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method for its relevance to the nature of the study. The research focused on the academic year 2019/2020 in Jordan. The results of the study showed that the concept of electronic culture ranked first with the highest arithmetic average of 3.95, indicating a high degree of importance. Meanwhile, dealing with modern communication technology ranked last, with an average of 3.84, also indicating a high degree of importance. Consequently, the study recommended that the Ministry of Education adopt the proposed guide and enhance electronic communication methods in school administration and in the educational field.
