Abstract
The present study aimed to explore the role of the kindergarten curriculum in developing soft skills among children from the perspective of kindergarten teachers. The researcher adopted a descriptive survey approach and utilized a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The study sample consisted of 275 kindergarten teachers from public schools under the Mafraq District Directorate of Education. The results indicated that the role of the kindergarten curriculum in developing children's soft skills was high, with a mean score of 3.76. Furthermore, the findings showed no statistically significant differences at the (α≤0.05) significance level in participants’ assessments based on their academic qualifications. However, statistically significant differences were found based on teaching experience, favoring teachers with 10 or more years of experience.
