Abstract
هدف المقال البحث في درجة امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية لمهارة بناء الأهداف التعليمية في مديرية تربية لواء الجيزة من وجهة نظر المعلمين و المديرين، تمّ توزيع الاستبانة بشكلها الإلكتروني، وتمّ استرداد (85) استبانة، اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، وقام الباحث بتطوير أداة استبانة، وتكوّنت الاستبانة في صورتها النهائية من (41) فقرة موزعة على محورين، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات والحصول على النتائج، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (α≤0.05) في درجة امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية لمهارة بناء الأهداف التعليمية بأبعاده في مديرية تربية لواء الجيزة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والعمر، والمؤهل العلمي، لسنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة العمل على تمكين المعلمين يمتلك صلاحيات كاملة لتحديد أهداف الخطة، مع توفير الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية اللازمة لتحقيق الأهداف
The article aimed to investigate the degree of Arabic language teachers' possession of the skill of building educational goals in the Directorate of Education of the Giza District from the point of view of teachers and principals. The questionnaire was distributed in its electronic form, and (85) questionnaires were retrieved. A questionnaire, and the questionnaire in its final form, consisted of (41) items distributed on two axes, and the statistical package program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and obtain the results. ) in the degree of Arabic language teachers' possession of the skill of building educational objectives with its dimensions in the Directorate of Education of the Giza District due to the variables of gender, age, educational qualification, and years of experience. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to work on empowering teachers to have full powers to define the plan’s goals while providing the material and human capabilities necessary to achieve the goals.
