Abstract
هدف المقال البحث عن دور التعليم الدامج في تحسين التحصيل الأكاديمي: دراسة تطبيقية على طلاب صعوبات التعلم في الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى من وجهة نظر المعلمين، تمّ توزيع الاستبانة بشكلها الإلكتروني، بواقع (112) استبانه، وتمّ استرداد (88) استبانة، اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، وقامت الباحثة بتطوير أداة استبانة، وتكوّنت الاستبانة في صورتها النهائية من (33) فقرة موزعة على محورين، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات والحصول على النتائج، وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05≥α) للبيئة التعليمية المتمثل بأبعاده (اعداد المعلمين، البيئة التعليمية، مصادر التعلم، الأنشطة المدرسية) في التحصيل الأكاديمي. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة العمل الحرص على تدريب المعلمين على مهارات التواصل اللازمة لإنجاح عملية التعليم الدامج مع الأطراف المعنية، وخاصة تدريبهم على استخدام الأجهزة والأدوات الخاصة بالطلاب.
The article aimed to investigate the role of inclusive education in improving academic achievement: an applied study on students with learning difficulties in the first three grades from the teachers' point of view. The descriptive approach and the researcher developed a questionnaire tool, and the questionnaire in its final form consisted of (33) items distributed on two axes, and the statistical package program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and obtain the results. Significant level (α ≥ 0.05) of the educational environment represented by its dimensions (preparation of teachers, educational environment, learning resources, school activities) in academic achievement. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of training teachers on the necessary communication skills for the success of the process of inclusive education with the concerned parties, especially training them on the use of devices and tools for students.
