Abstract

هدف المقال التعرف إلى درجة توافر المتطلبات الأساسية لاستخدام وسائل التواصل الإلكترونية في الأعمال الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في مديرية تربية ذيبان من وجهة نظر المعلمين وصعوبات استخدامها، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم تصميم استبانة خاصة بأغراض الدراسة الحالية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة، التي تم اختيارها بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، من (145) معلمًا ومعلمة في المدارس الخاصة في مديرية تربية ذيبان في محافظة مادبا، وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي أن المتوسط العام لجميع إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في دراسة درجة استخدام مديري المدارس الخاصة في مديرية تربية ذيبان لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في أعمالهم الإدارية من وجهة نظر المعلمين قد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث جاءت المهارات الشخصية للمدير بالمرتبة الأولى، تلاها مجال المتطلبات الفنية لتوافر وسائل التواصل الإلكترونية، وبالمرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة جاء مجال المعوقات المتعلقة بالاتصال والتواصل الإلكترونية، وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج، تمت التوصية بالتركيز على دراسة المشاكل والمعوقات دراسة علمية ممنهجة والتي تقف كعقبة فيما يخص الاتصال والتواصل الإلكتروني من خلال وضع خطط وبرامج وسياسات لتفعيل عملية التواصل الإلكتروني بين جميع المؤسسات التعليمية من جهات حكومية وفقاً لفترة زمنية محددة وبحيث تشمل كافة المناطق الجغرافية، ومسايرة التطورات الحديثة في استخدام وسائل التواصل.

The article aimed to identify the degree of availability of the basic requirements for the use of electronic means of communication in the administrative work of the principals of private schools in the directorate of Education of Dhiban from the point of view of teachers and the difficulties of using them. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed for the purposes of the current study was distributed on a random sample consisted of (145) male and female teachers in private schools in Dhiban education directorate. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the general average of the use of private school principals in the Directorate of Dhiban for social media in their administrative work from the point of view of teachers was high, as the personal skills of the principal came in the first place, followed by the field of technical requirements for the availability of electronic means of communication, in the third and last place came the field of obstacles related to electronic communication. In light of the results reached, it was recommended to focus on studying the problems and obstacles in a systematic scientific study, which stand as an obstacle in terms of communication and electronic communication through the development of plans, programs and policies to activate the process of electronic communication between all educational institutions from government agencies according to a specific period of time and to include all geographical areas, and keep pace with recent developments in the use of means of communication.
