Abstract

هدف المقال التعرف إلى مشكلات إدارة الصف من وجهة نظر عينة من المعلمات التربويات في مدارس مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بواقع (583) معلمة تم توزيع استبانة الدراسة عليهن خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2022/2023، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مشكلات إدارة الصف (الخاصة بالمعلم نفسه، والخاصة بالطلبة، والخاصة بالبيئة المدرسية) قد جاءت بمتوسطات حسابية إجمالية مرتفعة، كما لم تتوصل الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) في مشكلات إدارة الصف تعزى لاختلاف المؤهل الأكاديمي، أو سنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج، تمت التوصية بعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين في كيفية إدارة الصف بطريقة فاعلة، واستخدام وسائل التعليم الحديثة بما يضمن تفاعل الطالب وعدم تشتت انتباهه خلال الحصة الدراسية، والعمل على تقليص عدد الطلبة في الفصل الواحد لتسهيل ضبط سلوكهم والاستفادة المثلى من وقت الحصة الدراسية.

The article aimed to identify classroom management problems from the point of view of a sample of educational teachers in the schools of the Qweismeh District Education Directorate. To achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, a random sample of (583) female teachers was selected, to whom the study questionnaire was distributed during the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The results of the study indicated that the classroom management problems (pertaining to the teacher himself, pertaining to the students, and pertaining to the school environment) came with high total averages. The study also did not find any statistically significant differences at the significance level (a≤0.05) in classroom management problems due to the difference in academic qualifications or years of experience. In light of the results obtained, it was recommended to hold training courses for teachers on how to effectively manage the classroom, use modern teaching methods to ensure student interaction and not be distracted during the class, and work to reduce the number of students in one class to facilitate control of their behavior and make the best use of class time.
