Abstract
هدف المقال التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية قصبة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي. حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (341) معلما ومعلمة في مدارس قصبة عمان الحكومية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة بلغ عدد فقراتها (30) فقرة وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية قصبة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية قصبة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بعقد برامج متخصصة في إدارة الجودة الشاملة ومفاهيمها ومبادئها ومعاييرها وما يرتبط بها من جوانب ذات علاقة لتكون واضحة لجميع المعنيين في المدرسة بحيث يسهل تطبيقها وتنفيذها.
The article aimed to identify the degree of application of the principles of total quality in public schools in the Directorate of Qasaba Amman Education from teachers’ point of view, using the descriptive survey method. The study sample consisted of (341) male and female teachers in Qasaba Amman public schools. To achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed with (30) items, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of the principles of total quality in public schools in the Directorate of Qasaba Amman Education from the teachers' point of view was medium. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of applying the principles of total quality in public schools in the Directorate of Qasaba Amman Education from teachers’ point of view due to some demographic variables. It contains relevant aspects to be clear to all concerned in the school so that it is easy to apply and implement.
