Abstract

هدف المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على الرواية العربية بوصفها نوعاً أدبياً نثرياً، والتعرف إلى أهم عناصرها الداخلية، ومحتوياتها الفكرية وأثرها الكبير في التعبير عن الواقع المعاش ومحاولة إصلاحه من خلال بصمتها الخاصّة والفريدة. كما اعتمد البحث المنهج الاستقرائيّ، الوصفيّ، التحليليّ. ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة اختلاف النقّاد حول نشأة فنّ الرواية عند العرب في العصر الحديث؛ فمنهم من ذهب إلى أنّ الرواية فنٌّ مستحدث وفد إلينا من الآداب الأوروبيَّة، ومنهم من اعتبرها فنّ عربي النشأة وله جذور في الأدب العربي القديم، ولكنَّها لم تكن بنفس الصورة الفنيَّة المعروفة الآن. كما توصل البحث إلى أن الرواية العربية أظهرت من خلال كتّابها معاناة العالم العربي، والصراع الطبقيّ والاجتماعي، والسياسيّ. الذي يعيشه، وذلك بصورة فنيَّة تحمل داخلها رسالة إصلاحيَّة؛ بهدف التغير والتقدّم نحو حياة فُضلى

The article aimed to shed light on the Arabic novel as a prose literary genre and to identify its most important internal elements, its intellectual contents, and its great impact on the expression of lived reality and its attempt to reform it through its special and unique imprint. The article adopted the inductive, descriptive, and analytical approach. The results showed the disagreement of critics about the emergence of the art of the novel among the Arabs in the modern era. Some of them think that the novel is a new art that came to us from European literature, and some of them consider it an art of Arab origin and has roots in ancient Arabic literature. Still, it was not in the same artistic image known now. The article also concluded that the Arab novel showed through its writers the suffering of the Arab world and the class, social, and political struggle. He lives in an artistic way that carries a message of reform within it. With the aim of change and progress toward a better life
