Abstract

هدف البحث إلى مناقشة مفاهيم الأمن الوطني الأردني والأمن الوطني الشامل، وأهم الجوانب المرتبطة به، والتعرف الى دلالات تلك المفاهيم، ومناقشة العناصر العامة له والجوانب المتعلقة به، وبيان أهم المحاور الرئيسة والخصائص للأمن الوطني الأردني، وكذلك معرفة المرتكزات والثوابت والأبعاد والإتجاهات العامة الأمن الوطني الأردني. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف بعض وجهات النظر والأفكار حول مفاهيم الأمن والأمن الوطني، وكذلك المنهج التاريخي لتتبع مراحل تطور هذه المفاهيم وجوانب الأمن الوطني الأردني. توصل الباحث لنتائج عديدة في بحثه كان أهمها: أن الأردن يعتمد في تحقيق أمنه الوطني الشامل على جميع العوامل التي تسهم في استقراره، وتشمل العوامل السياسية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية والثقافية والعسكرية والأمنية والدبلوماسية وغيرها، وأن القيادة الحكيمة والعائلة الهاشمية هي محور رئيس في الإجماع الأردني، والقبول الأردني في شرعية الحكم والقيادة، كما تعد السياسة الخارجية والدبلوماسية الأردنية والأجهزة الأمنية والقوات المسلحة الأدوات الرئيسة في مسار الأمن الوطني الأردني الشامل، وبالرغم من وقوع الأردن في إقليم ملتهب من عدم الإستقرار، إلا أنه بقيادته الحكيمة وبانتمائه لعمقه وتاريخه العربي، والتعاون المشترك والمتبادل مع أشقائه قادر على الصمود في وجه التحديات المختلفة، وتبقى القضية الفلسطينية والصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، والأطماع الغربية في المنطقة العربية وتأثيراتها، والتدخلات الخارجية الأجنبية والإنحياز الغربي لإسرائيل، هي تحديات وتهديدات مستمرة ومتجددة للأمن الوطني الأردني. وأوصى الباحث بضرورة الاستمرار في النهج الديمقراطي للدولة، واستغلال السياسة الخارجية والأدوات الدبلوماسية المختلفة في توضيح مواقف الدولة الأردنية من القضايا الدولية والإقليمية المختلفة

The article aims to discuss the concepts of Jordanian national security and comprehensive national security, the most important aspects related to it, to identify the implications of these concepts, and to indicate the most important main axes and characteristics of Jordanian national security, as well as knowing the foundations, constants, dimensions and general directions of Jordanian national security. The analytical descriptive approach has been adopted to describe some points of view and ideas about the concepts of security and national security, as well as the historical one to trace the stages of development of these concepts and aspects of Jordanian national security. The author concluded that Jordan depends in achieving its comprehensive national security on all factors that contribute to its stability, including political, economic, social, cultural, military, security, diplomatic and other factors, and that wise leadership and the Hashemite family are a major axis in the Jordanian consensus, and Jordanian acceptance In the legitimacy of governance and leadership, as the Jordanian foreign policy and diplomacy, the security services and the armed forces are considered the main tools in the path of comprehensive Jordanian national security, and despite the fact that Jordan is located in a flaming region of instability, but with its wise leadership and belonging to its Arab depth and history, and joint and mutual cooperation with its brothers is capable To withstand the various challenges, and the Palestinian cause and the Arab-Israeli conflict, Western ambitions in the Arab region and their effects, foreign interventions and Western bias towards Israel remain constant and renewed challenges and threats to Jordanian national security. The researcher recommended the need to continue the democratic approach of the state, and the exploitation of foreign policy and various diplomatic tools to clarify the positions of the Jordanian state on various international and regional issues
