The main objective of this research is to identify the level of instructors’ performance of the practical courses at the Faculty of Physical Education in the Yarmouk University from the point of view of students in light of the quality of education requirements. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the (survey method) which applied on a sample of the students (160) of the Faculty of Physical Education at Yarmouk University. The results declared that the level of performance of teachers was less than the desired level of quality requirements in education from the point of view of students, and that their level was moderate in both their abilities related to the course content and the process of evaluation, on the other hand the instructors planning and implementing abilities were revealed to be close to the acceptable level of the education quality requirements. The results also showed that the physical education instructors possess a personal creativity skill close to quality requirements in education. The researchers recommended that physical education instructors should be encouraged to increase their interest in the courses they teach and to adopt and update their courses content, as well as to the participation in training courses on educational technology and to make such training courses an essential source of education, in addition to use several different methods of evaluation (away from traditional methods and assessment) and trying to raise the instructors personal creative skills especially the educational technological skills.
