Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital in achieving organizational excellence in Al-Quds University, where the researchers addressed to the dimensions of the intellectual capital and the dimensions of the excellence. To achieve the objectives of the study the researchers developed an instrument consisted of (109) items which applied on a stratified random sample included (213) academic members, used descriptive analytical. The results showed that the reality of intellectual capital in Al-Quds University came moderately, whereas human capital contributes to a greater degree in the intellectual capital followed by structural capital, and venture capital relationships. The results also showed the reality of excellence in Al-Quds University came moderately, as the leadership excellence contributes a greater degree of organizational excellence followed by human excellence and service excellence. Furthermore, the results showed a significant impact of intellectual capital on organizational excellence in Al-Quds University.
