Abstract
The study aimed to provide a proposed vision to improve the quality of Saudi universities services in light of the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). The study used the descriptive and analytical method and a questionnaire applied to a sample of (781) faculty members to collect data. The main results of the study are; applying the dimensions of the quality of Saudi universities services came with an "average degree" (3.00), there were statistically significant differences at (0.05 ≥ α) between the responses due to the variables (university- degree - sex).The differences came in favor of King Khalid University and King Saud, and for the benefit of the assistant professor and associate professor, and there were no statistically significant differences due to the sex variable. The degree of importance of applying the dimensions of the (BOS) came with a "high degree" (3.62).There were statistically significant differences at (0.05 ≥ α) about the degree of importance of application in Saudi universities due to the study variables, in favor of King Khalid University, King Saud and King Faisal, and in favor of the degree of professor, and for the sex variable came in favor of males, and that there was a positive correlation (0.516) between the dimensions of the (BOS) and the dimensions of improving the quality of universities services. The study presented a proposed vision for implementing the strategy.
