Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of the relative contribution of some personal and organizational factors to burnout syndrome among faculty members at the University of Najran, in light of some variables (theoretical and practical disciplines - years of experience - academic degree - gender), and the study sample consisted of (85) members of the body Teaching was chosen randomly, and the Burnout Scale was applied designed by Christina Maslach and Susan Jackson, a questionnaire to measure personal and organizational factors, and the researcher processed the data statistically using the SPSS program by calculating averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and linear regression, and the study reached several results, including: The presence of varying levels of psychological burnout among faculty members at the University of Najran, and the existence of a positive and significant correlation relationship at the level (0.01) between organizational and personal factors and psychological burnout, the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 due to the impact of demographic variables of the subject of the study, and that the organizational and personal factors It contributes (36.8%) to the emergence of burnout syndrome among faculty members at Najran University.
