To achieve its objectives, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and interview tool. The study concluded that despite the many advantages of e-learning, the problem of controlling students while giving the lesson through the applications of the e-learning system still exists; due to the teachers’ failure to receive training courses on distance learning mechanisms, the absence of face-to-face communication between the teacher and the student, the limited directing notes to students via the Internet, and the teachers’ continued tendency to focus on theory rather than practice. In light of the results have been reached, a set of recommendations contribute positively to achieving virtual student discipline, have been set, including: trying to understand the student’s psychological and social situation, which leads to the ease of developing strategies to manage his discipline, adopting moderation while dealing with students, and creating incentives Positive that arouses the student's interest and motivates him to follow appropriate behaviors that accustom him to self-control.
