Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of employing smart e-learning in public schools in Madaba school district from the teachers’ point of view. The study used the descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire was developed and implemented to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of (48) items distributed into four dimensions (principal, teacher, student, and parent). The sample of the study included (320) male and female teachers. The results showed that the degree of smart e-learning employment was high, as the order of dimensions came first, the student’s dimension came second, followed by the teacher dimension, then the manager’s dimension, and finally the guardian dimension. The study also found statistically significant differences (α =0.05) to the degree of smart e-learning employment in public schools in Madaba school district from the teachers’ viewpoint, attributed to the gender. In addition, no statistically significant differences (α =0.05) in the degree of employing smart e-learning in public schools in Madaba district from the teachers ’point of view due to academic qualification and years of experience). The study recommended the necessity of following up and supervising the Ministry of Education to employ e-learning in all schools in the Kingdom
