Abstract
The study aimed to estimating an awareness level of open innovation strategy practices and its evaluation in the therapeutic industries and medical supplies sector companies in Amman during the corona pandemic. The study community comprised of (271) individuals who hold positions as (general manager, deputy general manager, unit manager, section chief), A comprehensive survey was done to the whole community due to the limited size of the community. Interview and questionnaire were used as a two main tools to gathering data that were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, arithmetic mean, standards deviation and t-test. The main important findings the study reached were as the estimating awareness level of open innovation strategy practices was (3.16), the evaluation of this level was medium according to the classification scale used, Where it represents a category length and these are located between (2.34-3.67).With the followings recommendations increase the level of knowledge sharing through brainstorming sessions, encouraging the freedom of dialogue, appreciate innovation contributions and creative ideas, consolidation the relationship with external stakeholders by constantly hosting and representing them on the boards of various companies and motivate them by physical and metal means
