Abstract
The study aimed at finding out the mindfulness of basic public-school principals in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and its relationship with the risk management from teachers' prespective. The descriptive correlational methodology was used in this study. The sample of the study consisted of (385) male and female teachers in basic public- schools. A questionnaire was used as a mean of collecting data, after verifying its validity and reliability. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of mindfulness among the principals of Jordanian basic public-schoolprincipals was high. The implementation of the Jordanian basic governmental school principals of risk management from teachers' point of view was also high. The results also indicated that there was a statistically significant correlation between the degree of availability of mindfulness among the principals of Jordanian basic public-schools and the degree of their application of risk management. In light of the results, it was recommended to circulate the results to the administrations of basic public schools in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to motivate principals to continue exerting efforts and work to raise the level of their schools educationally and academically
