Abstract
The study aimed to determine the availability degree of the quality dimensions in the work environment in private schools in Jordan from the teachers’ point of view according to their gender, academic qualification, and years of experience. The study used the descriptive approach. A questionnaire was developed for this purpose after obtaining its validity and reliabaility. Data were collected from arandom sample consisting of (368) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of quality dimensions of the work environment in private schools in Jordan was (average). The results of the study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences among teachers in their perceptions about the availability degree of the work environment quality dimensions attributed to teachers’ gender in favor of female teachers, and no statistically significant differences were found among teachers in their perceptions about the work environment quality dimensions attributed to teachers’ qualification and years of experience. The study recommended to advice private school principals to take all the procedures to enhance the quality of the work environment dimensions of their institutions
