Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management on smart organizations in its dimensions through transformational leadership as a modified variable in the Jordanian Public Institution for Social Security. The study population was made up of (340) employees of the Jordanian Public Institution for Social Security in the upper and middle administrations. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The existence of an impact of knowledge management in its dimensions (knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge application) in smart organizations in the Public Institution for Social Security, and the Public Institution for Social Security in Jordan showed a high interest in the application of (knowledge management) The results of the study showed that the level of relative importance of the dimensions of the independent variable (knowledge management) in the General Organization for Social Security is high, and the lowest level was the storage of knowledge, and finally the dimension (understanding of the environment) came at the lowest average, and the results also showed that the level of relative importance of the modified variable transformational leadership In the Public Institution for Social Security came high. The study recommended managing the Social Security Corporation to continue to pay attention to a database for storing information and knowledge documents and to constantly review the stored data to benefit from it effectively and apply property rights procedures.
