Abstract

The study aimed to measure the degree of Functional bullying level at the headmasters of public schools in Karak governorate from the teachers’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (196) male and female teachers in public schools in Karak governorate. The descriptive analytical method was used, and the scale in its final form consisted of (16) items distributed over three dimensions, and this study showed that the employment bullying among public school principals in Karak governorate from the teachers’ point of view came with a low degree of appreciation, and there were statistically significant differences in the degree of bullying among public school principals in Karak governorate from the teachers’ point of view of the overall scale and dimensions due to the gender variable and in favor of females, And there are statistically significant differences in the degree of bullying among public school principals in Karak governorate from the teachers’ point of view for the overall scale and dimensions due to the educational qualification variable in favor of the diploma holders. The work environment and methods of prevention and how to act in the event of exposure to such negative behaviors.
