Abstract
The study aimed to identify The Practicing Degree of Crisis management skill by School principals from the point of view of teachers in Zarqa Governorate. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive method was used. A sample of (300) primary school teachers in Zarqa Governorate. A questionnaire was applied to measure The Practicing Degree of Crisis management skill by School principals from the point of view of teachers in Zarqa Governorate. The results showed that the total degree of the practice of crisis management skills by government school principals came to a medium degree, The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 05.0) between the responses of the sample members of school teachers in Zarqa Governorate about the degree to which school principals practice the crisis management skill due to the variables of gender and years of experience. The study recommended the necessity of training school principals on how to deal with school crises.
