Abstract
هدفت المقال التعرف إلى علاقة أنماط القيادة التربوية، بالقدرة على حل المشكلات المدرسية، في المدارس الحكومية في لواء دير علا، من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين؛ حيث تبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة ووزعت على عينة من (100) معلم ومعلمة، و (100) مشرفة ومشرف تربوي، في المدارس الحكومية في لواء دير علا. خلُصَت النتائج إلى أن النمط التحويلي حصل على أعلى درجة، ثم أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة العمل على تعزيز أنماط القيادة الحديثة، التي تعمل على رفع الروح المعنوية للمعلمين، والعاملين بالمؤسسات التربوية؛ مما يساعد على حل المشكلات المدرسية.
The article aimed to identify the relationship between educational leadership styles and the ability to solve school problems in public schools in Deir Alla district from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire tool was used and distributed to a sample of (100) male and female teachers and (100) male and female educational supervisors in public schools in Deir Alla District. The results concluded that the transformational style obtained the highest degree. The study then recommended the necessity of strengthening modern leadership styles that work to raise the morale of teachers and workers in educational institutions, which helps solve school problems.
