Abstract

هدف المقال التعرف إلى درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لاستراتيجيات التعليم الحديثة من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارس محافظة الكرك، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية، وبلغ قوامها (465) معلماً ومعلمة، تم توزيع استبانة الدراسة عليهم خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2022/2023. وتكونت الاستبانة من ثلاثة محاور (أهمية استراتيجيات التعليم الحديثة، استخدام استراتيجيات التعليم الحديثة، معوقات استخدام استراتيجيات التعليم الحديثة). وبعد إجراء اختبارات التحليل الإحصائي الملائمة لهذه الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وعي معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في مدارس محافظة الكرك بأهمية استراتيجيات التعليم الحديثة قد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة؛ بينما تطبيقهم لتلك الاستراتيجيات قد جاء بدرجة متوسطة؛ ويعود ذلك إلى وجود معوقات عدة تحول دون ذلك التطبيق. وفي ضوء النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بتهيئة بيئة مناسبة لاستخدام استراتيجيات التعليم الحديثة؛ لما لها من دور فاعل وهام في تحقيق أهدا العلمية التعيمية، وعقد الدورات التدريبية والورش التعليمية الهادفة إلى تحفيز المعلمين لاستخدام استراتيجيات التعليم الحديثة

The article aimed to identify the degree of secondary school teachers' use of modern education strategies from the point of view of teachers of Karak schools. The study used the analytical descriptive approach, the study sample was chosen randomly, it consisted of (465) male and female teachers. The study questionnaire was distributed to them during the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The study questionnaire contained three axes (the importance of modern education strategies, the use of modern education strategies, and the obstacles to the use of modern education strategies). After conducting the appropriate statistical analysis tests for this study, the study concluded that the awareness of secondary school teachers in Karak governorate schools of the importance of modern education strategies came to a high degree, while their application of these strategies was moderate; this is due to the presence of several obstacles that prevent this application. In light of the abovementioned findings, the study recommended the creation of an appropriate environment for the use of modern education strategies; due to it’s active and important role in achieving educational goals, and holding training courses and educational workshops aimed at motivating teachers to use modern education strategies
